4.1 Ownership — Any code automatically generated by D3E Studio in response to your input ("Generated Code") is provided "as-is." Unless otherwise specified, you retain full rights and ownership in any Generated Code created from your input, designs, or customizations.

4.2 Use and Distribution — You may use, copy, modify, distribute, and sell Generated Code for any lawful purpose, subject to third-party license terms for incorporated components.

4.3 Disclaimer — D3E Studio does not guarantee that Generated Code is free of bugs or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for testing and validating Generated Code before deployment.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited content includes unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or infringing materials, malware, or other harmful code.

6. Content Moderation and Removal
